27–28 October 2026, Warsaw – Kanggiten has been named Best Payment Provider at the European iGaming Excellence Awards (EiGE Awards) 2026, presented during the HIPTHER Warsaw Summit. Shortlists were set by public vote. Winners were chosen by the summit’s delegates.
Best Payment Provider 2026
What sits behind the title:
- 300+ payment methods across 100+ countries;
- 7M+ transactions a month at 99.9% uptime;
- approval-rate optimization and additional scenarios for declined transactions.
A declined deposit is acquisition spend with no return. That is where Kanggiten puts the work.

It is Kanggiten’s second HIPTHER title this year, after Best Live Casino Provider at the GamingTECH CEE Awards in Prague in March.
“Thank you to everyone who voted, to the HIPTHER team, and to every partner who builds with us. It’s been a good year so far, and more to come.” – Viktor Cherkas, CEO, Kanggiten
On Stage: What Happens After Go-Live
Head of Account Management Ivan Korkin joined the panel “From Product to Partnership: How B2B Platforms Can Drive Growth in iGaming” on the TechXperience Stage. The discussion focused on the part of a platform partnership most sales conversations skip: the months after launch, when a platform either moves an operator’s numbers or turns into a cost line.

Ivan’s points, each backed by operator data:
- Partnership is measured after go-live. A Tier-1 European casino migrated to Kanggiten in 2.5 months, then ran 50 A/B tests across the funnel. Within 12 months, GGR grew by 36%, LTV by 18%, and day-14 retention by 27%.
- Low conversion isn’t always a traffic problem. The cause is often registration, the payment flow, or bonus terms. When NDA Casino moved to two-step registration, registration conversion grew by 16.5%.
- A test counts only if business metrics move. Clicks and session length are interim signals. FTD conversion, retention, ARPPU, and LTV are the real measure. 15+ experiments on one operator’s payment interface lifted payment-to-deposit conversion by 8% and ARPPU by up to 21%.
“Go-live proves the platform works. What comes after shows whether it earns. No mechanic works the same in every market, so we don’t guess. We test.” – Ivan Korkin, Head of Account Management, Kanggiten
Results depend on GEO, traffic source, segment, and timing: the same tournament can drive first deposits in one market and barely move them in another. Operators on Kanggiten run competing setups for separate cohorts, measure them against the same KPIs, and keep what moves deposits and retention.
