The operator launched with an in-house platform to avoid vendor lock-in and keep full control over the product. For the first year, that logic held. By year two, technical debt had accumulated faster than new features.

The registration flow hadn’t been touched in over a year. It worked, but it leaked. The team rebuilt the welcome experience using Kanggiten’s configurator: a custom landing page, a shorter and better-personalized registration form, and streamlined onboarding steps. Automated nudges recovered players who dropped off mid-signup. A redesigned verification flow via email and SMS removed a bottleneck that had been quietly suppressing approval rates for months.

Session depth had always been a weak spot, but on the old stack there was no practical way to experiment with the game lobby or in-game navigation. With Kanggiten, the team iterated twice on an in-game menu that let players browse related content without leaving their session. A redesigned mobile menu improved access to Live Casino. A randomized games block pushed content diversity and helped players discover new favorites faster.

The old bonus system was hardcoded. Changing offer logic required a developer, and there was no way to measure performance per mechanic. Kanggiten’s bonus engine made each variable independently testable. A countdown timer on the welcome offer increased urgency without changing the offer value.
